Hi! I'm a 27-year-old woman, working part-time while completing my master's degree. I'm looking for a room with a private bathroom, ideally within a 5-10 minute walk of public transport. My budget is $250 per week, and I'm available to move in ASAP for a long-term stay.
I'm a non-smoker with no pets. I'm respectful, considerate and value privacy, and I keep my space clean and tidy. I'd love to find a calm, comfortable home where everyone looks out for each other's space.
