We’ve been living in shared accommodation in NSW for the last 5 years. We’re fairly busy during the week with work but during the weekends we like to relax at home and catch up on tv shows or go out. We’re not loud or the partying kind. We’re fairly clean especially with respect to shared spaces. Looking to live with similar natured people.
Hi! I’m Mindy, a rising final year student at USyd and am looking to rent a master bedroom in an apartment (not considering houses/granny flats atm) from 09 February 2020 at a convenient location (Wolli creek/Hurstville/Strathfield/Rhodes/North Sydney). The ideal room would be within 10 minutes walk from the nearest train station/bus stop to USYD Main campus, and is equipped with A/C as well as being brightly lit. I’m willing to pay up to $380 (after bills and wifi). -About me- I am a full-time student and work casually. Apart from the books, I enjoy baking (with my trusty airfryer) and you are more than welcomed to have a bite if you’d like, as well as cooking simple dishes (the classic Singaporean/Malaysian fare) for dinner once in a while (and would clean up after myself). I used to be a flutist and kayak casually. Additionally, I have been doing Taekwondo for close to ten years now. Hopefully that means that we’ll have something in common to talk about. Given the nature of my casual work, I love talking to and connecting with people and am down for a convo/wine at the end of the day if you like. Having lived in Singapore and Taiwan, I’m well-versed in Mandarin and other dialects and have basic proficiency in other languages such as Bahasa Melayu, Cantonese and French (always happy do do a language exchange if you’re keen!). I do not smoke, and would prefer a house that’s non-smoking. If you feel that I’d be an ideal housemate/tenant, please feel free to reach out to me via text message (I rarely check the PMs on Flatmates). Thanks!
Hi, Just looking for a clean granny flat for myself. Must be free from water leaks and water water damage in past or present and minimal carpet due to health issues relating to those. Something not too old as well. I'm considerate, respectful and reliable with rent payments. I don't drink or smoke and don't have a pet to bring with me. I would be around a lot as i am not currently working due to fatigue but once I improve, i will be back at work. Covering rent will not be an issue.

Hi Guys, I'm 28 and work full time as a hotel manager. I'm looking for long term leasing with some decent people. I'm very considerate of other people's space but also don't mind sharing a meal and talking to the people I live with. I have a boyfriend who may stay over every now and then but I'll be the sole occupant of the room.
I like to live an active lifestyle consistent with the gym, meditation, plenty of reading, and I love to laugh. So I would appreciate positive and fun roommates but not essential. I can be outgoing but appreciate and respect personal space and peace. I am quite adamant with being clean, neat and tidy and am happy to do my share of housework.
We prefer a 3 bedroom unit, apartment or a place to live. As I will be living with my boyfriend and the other two will be a separate room. We want a room that will suitable furnished home/ apartment/ unit or anything. We need a clean, a good environment and love pets. Thank you.
