$500/week•35 year old male
I'm a full time MBA student at a University in Sydney. I lived in the US, Africa, India and am an engineer by profession. I'm either at school or studying/resting and because of the fairly intense nature of the program, I'm looking for a place with no distractions: non-party place, no TV (unless you could use a headphone) no alcohol, and no smoking. I will offer you a non intrusive roommate who will clean up after himself, wash and put dishes away, take the garbage out, keep common areas just how they were before I use them. Other than a chat here and there, I will unfortunately not have time to socialize. Indeed this appears fairly restrictive but in a year when I graduate, I'll re-calibrate :) I also enjoying running, practice yoga, meditation, and am vegetarian.

Responsible, clean, helpful and friendly. I enjoy a good chat but also respect your privacy - on a day when I don't have to study/work/run errands (which is quite rare) I like to catch up on some tv shows or read a good book or my most favourite thing catch up on some sleep.

My name is Ermin and I'm 33 years old. I am looking for 1) a private room in a shared accommodation 2) someone to team up to rent a 2 bed 2 bathroom place 3) Granny flat/ studio/ 1 bed room in Chatswood, Macquarie Park, Sutherland,Hurstville, Kogarah areas. I strictly require a place without carpets due to my dust mite allergies. English is my first language. I have lived in share houses in Melbourne and Sydney. I have predominantly lived with females in my history of house/flat-sharing. I can also provide references from previous flatmates on request. I work full-time corporate hours. I am employed by a NSW government agency which means I've passed my police checks. I like to watch the NRL, exercise and listen to music. I also volunteer at an animal shelter. I am introverted 60% of the time and the other 40% I am always up for a chat or other outdoor activities. I also know to allow others their privacy. Even though I am only renting, I care for the unit as if it were my own and I hope to find someone who is similar. I have good standard of cleanliness and I have always expected that from my flatmates. I am looking for a long term rental, at least 1 year or more.

I have an avid interest in a wide range of sports and enjoy nights out with friends as much as I enjoy quiet nights in.

Looking for a new place to call HOME. Planning to move in the next 2 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances and changed of condition at the new place I’ve just moved in 5 nights ago, which I also found it on this site! Pretty long to explain but I’m happy to share with you when we meet in person!😂 I’m yoga-going, home lover, morning person and cuppa lover!😊 Always up for cooking (meals prep all the time due to day to day routines) and baking occasionally.😍 I’m now actively looking for a potential new place that I can called HOME. A sanctuary where I can spend time with a genuine, cool, kind hearted (not just being nice...) but also considerate housemate. Because I’ve had enough of housemate 101 issues back to back lately. Life is short! So I am hoping to find a place that I can spend quality time. Otherwise you will see me spend time reading, with laptop doing work, watching asian drama or trashy shows (ie the bachelor or married at the first sight) to switch off my mind. I promise to remind you to eat your greens and have your breakfast! No share rooms please! Secured parking space will be fantastic but not visitor parking ideally because I have a car with me but also close to train station, 10-15mins max. Maximum 3 pp provided it’s 3 bedder apartment. Max. rent budget is $280 inc all bills, most importantly with washing machine and fridge. Currently interested with other vibrant suburbs like Burwood, Hurstville, somewhere accessible and convenient to amenities too. PS: I haven’t travelled to China. 100% safe and healthy, just FYI!
