I’m quiet, friendly, easy going, love to cook and very neat and tidy. I’ve just had a total knee replacement so I’m looking for something accessible, close to shops and public transport. I look forward to meeting you soon!
Hi I’m Tahli. Looking for a place just for me. I’m a respectful, quiet, clean and responsible person. I mind my own business and don't judge others. Don't panic! I'm not super serious, I'm always up for a bit of fun! Such as board games or even movie nights. I am a non-smoker (not a big deal if you smoke, its just my personal choice), drink socially (barely once a month), enjoy socialising, going out to new places, meeting new people. Ideally I am looking for a place where I can have my own room. No really looking at any particular suburbs, just somewhere close to public transport as I don’t own a car. Just started a casual job in childcare which I’m supplementing with Centrelink. I have also just started doing professional cuddling as a bit of extra income. I finished doing study last year, I trained as a library technician. I am hoping to get into a library position soon :) I currently have two pet rabbits who are friendly, shy, quiet and clean (they are litter trained). I would like to try and find a pet friendly place (if possible). PLEASE TELL ME if the pets are a problem! I can make arrangements for them to go to a new home. Happy to give references. I’m ready to move on 2/3/18. I have a my own mattress and vacuum which I will bring with me (it’s a double mattress). I'm a friendly person who is willing to negotiate. Send me a message, I won't bite :)
Hello there! I am Stefan, a gentle giant with a big heart. I'm an IT guy (PM/analyst) by trade recently made redundant, and transitioning between occupations at the moment. I'm in my late 20s, friendly, quiet, clean and tidy, and an have easy time sharing with others. Being an omnivert I'm always interested in conversation over a glass of red, but at the same time am respectful to people's personal space. When I am not working, I enjoy a good workout, an exciting book and clean cooking/eating. If you're after an independent, financially stable and well mannered house-mate, you've found him!
I'm a friendly, out going person who love socialising but also loves space and keeping to myself. I finished my Marine Science Degree with the University of Newcastle two years ago and am hoping to undertake further studies next year. So of course I love the beach, snorkeling, paddle boarding... frankly I love anything to do with the beach. I also love to do a bit of painting, bike riding and am hoping to join a local Water Polo (have been playing the sport for 8 years). Not really a party animal and I don't drink. But I do love food and I will happily dine out whenever I have the chance. I also own two Cats, who like myself are particularly clean. Their names are Wolfy and Mimi. Wolfy is an angel who manages to get anyone to love him; and Mimi is just as gorgeous but very timid and likes to reside in the darkest corners in my bedroom.
I am a neat, tidy and will always clean up after myself. Pretty laid back. If people want to chat, I'll chat. If they want to be left alone to do their own thing, that's cool too. Am pretty quiet at home. I work full time in a government agency which is actually the reason I moved up to Sydney 5 months ago from the South Coast. As long as I live near atrain station (walking distance) and within 40 minutes of my station in the city, I don't mind what suburb I live in as long as it's a decent and clean place!

Furthermore, I do not tend to leave a mess at communal areas. • Reliable and cooperative: I always pay my rent on time. • Excellent communication skill.
We are a friendly and kind couple that is looking to start in on living in Sydney! We arrived this February from Colorado on our working/holiday visas. We have both been working in the service industry for the better part of a decade, Caila in the Front-of-House (she's done it all!) and Derek in the Back-of-House (cook, kitchen manager, prep, handyman, you name it). We enjoy traveling, exploring new places, cooking together, going on hikes, spending a day on the beach, and trying new things!
Software consultant working in Mascot for the last three years. English, just processing my personal residency have two years to bridge visa from my sponsorship. Looking for a chill flatmate / profesional worker. I travel around a lot for work so you will have the place to yourself a lot. I also play soccer three times a week after work. As such I mostly only do light cooking. Been living out of home since I was 18 so understand all the usual respects, cleanliness and expect the same.

Hi! I'm an international student coming to Australia on the 25th of Feb. I'll be pursuing my Master's degree at the University of Sydney from March this year so I'm looking for a flatmate to find a sharehouse/apartment with. I'm quiet but open-minded and friendly. I can cook and clean after myself. I mind my own business and respect privacy. On a typical weekend, I'm either playing video games or watching netflix. I'm also a green tea addict who tries to eat healthy but can't say no to pizza. I'm open to suburbs far away from the main city as long as they're close to a train station. I also have no idea about the suburbs in Sydney, so if you think a place isn't too far away from my Uni (not more than an hour's commute) then let me know. preferences: - flatshare/sharehouse - private bedroom - shared bathroom is okay - female only apartment/house - rent between $120-$250 pw (i dont have a job yet so the cheaper the better?) - i don't mind pets/children - i'm okay with smokers as long as they don't smoke inside - long term flatmate don't want: - shared room - couples/male flatmate (might accept if there are other female occupants in the house) - parties so loud the neighbors complain - short term flatmate/backpackers Message me if you'd like to know anything else!
