Hi I have recently moved back to Syd for a job and need accommodation near Kogarah that’s easily accessible with public transport. May want to stay longer than 6 months. I have lived in shared accomodation previously whilst at uni so I understand the rules that apply in order to keep the peace. I’m easy going and keep a clean space. I love hanging out, watching Netflix, listening to music, drawing and recently getting back into fitness.
I work full time in the city and looking for a share house which I can call home. My two main interests are cooking and ten-pin bowling, and I don't mind going out for a meal or a couple of drinks every now and then, however I am also respectful of personal space and the cleanliness of common areas so I don't mind doing some of the housework. I dont like feeling like a stranger in my own home so I at least want to meet one of the people I could be living with, if you're only after someone to pay the rent and have no interest whatsoever in being sociable (although I mostly keep to myself), then I am the wrong person for your place.
Hey, We are Justin and Joshua!! We are looking for a Double Room or Studio either furnished or unfurnished. Our own bathroom would be great! as well as some form of parking as we have 2x cars. Our Combined Budget is approx $400 week. We are organised tidy people both working/studying.! :) Joshua is finishing up his studies to become a teacher and I work in Retail Merchandising. We are friendly people and very easy to get along with. We enjoy our privacy and are respectful of noise levels and cleanliness. So we're looking to live somewhere that reflects these values! Even better if you're gay friendly :) NOT into party houses.. So that's pretty much us!! So if you like what you've read so far, please feel free to send a message. We can't wait to find somewhere amazing to live!
Moved to Sydney recently for a job in Kogarah. I can offer you a laugh, cause god knows I have nothing else. I make a mean frozen meal, and my best housemate qualities are; changing the toilet paper roll, and paying my rent on time. I do have morbidly obese pet rats, they are super clean and love people. They will be in a cage in my room, so you won't know they are there...unless you want a cuddle.
We are courteous and very clean. We have a beautiful newborn baby girl who would be living with us too (she's fine in the same room as us). We like to get out on the weekends for walks or to the beach etc. Very relaxed and quiet. Like to cook, exercise, enjoy a wine or beer and a good movie. Rasita is from Thailand and currently on a partner visa, she would be working most weekends. I work most weekdays as a teacher and have a small business as a carpet/commercial cleaner for extra income too.
☆ looking for non furnished room☆ I am 21, I am an outgoing fun person, I work full time 12 hrs shifts, I am down for a female room mate who I can form a friendship with. I dont mind the occasional party or wine nights. I am easy going and very flexible. I enjoy quiet nights in watching a movie. I am neat and clean up after myself. Ideally I am looking for someone who is not messy or a grub. I have ample amount of wifi aswell.

Hiya! I’m 22 years old, I’ve just moved back to Sydney from Melbourne and am looking for a new place to call home. I work nights in the city bartending. I like to spend my days off drawing and baking. I’m ideally looking for a room with a gym near by as I’m aiming to work on my body this year.

Hi, my name is Marcella (26yrs), I'm looking for a private room to move into. (flexible for move in date) I am preferably wanting to move into an all-female house, townhouse or apartment :) Please message me if you have something available, thanks!
Hi My names Scott. I'm a very easy going and respectful guy. I like to have a chat but also like my privacy at times. I would like to live with easy going friendly housemates that can have a laugh. I can clean after myself and apart from the occasional friend that comes to watch a movie or hang out with me I wouldn't have anyone coming to the house. I'm not interested in a no visitors type of house though I'm very respectful of others but I'm not a teenager living at home either. Hope to hear from you soon cheers
My name's Gemma and I'm a 22 year old student in my first year of a Masters of Research. I'm super friendly, clean and always up for a chat and a laugh, but I'm also pretty studious so no party animals please! When I'm not studying or working, I'm usually at the gym or watching trashy reality TV in my PJs (sorry not sorry). I'd really like a roommate who respects my personal space but who also doesn't mind being social and going out for dinner or a drink every so often. I catch the train to uni so existing accommodation must be within walking distance of a train station :)
