Hey! , I’m George, 28, moving to Melbourne and looking for a long-term share house or flat.

I work full time (9–5), in a stable position, and can easily provide proof of income.
I have 4 years of private tenancy history with one previous landlord — happy to supply reference and contact details. Can provide reference from previous housemate as well.

I’m clean, tidy and respectful. I treat where I live as home: I take good care of shared spaces and always clean up after myself.

Outside work I enjoy cooking, gardening, gymming, kayaking, travelling and listening to music. I’m fairly quiet during the week, but I’m also friendly and open to occasional socialising or shared meals.

Looking for housemates who are responsible, easy-going, respectful of shared spaces and open to good communication.
