Hey,

I’m Daniel, a full-time worker in my mid-20s, and I’m looking for someone to team up with to find an apartment in Cronulla or nearby.

I’m an active, friendly and tidy person. I usually spend my time running, going to the gym and keeping busy after work. I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean and easygoing, and who wants to have a comfortable and relaxed home.

My current lease ends at the beginning of October, so I’ll be starting to look and apply for places as they come onto the market.

I’m looking at apartments with a combined budget of around $800–$900 per week, although this can be discussed depending on the apartment and location. Ideally, we would share the rent, bills and other household expenses 50/50, so I’m looking for someone who is reliable and committed to the lease.

I’m also happy to buy the furniture for the apartment, so you wouldn’t need to worry about furnishing the common areas. You would just need to sort out furniture for your own room.
