I am a soon-to-be university student looking for a room until campus accommodation opens in February. Though I'm a teen, my passion for big issues has made me a person who, while often reserved socially, has a boisterous and passionate mind; I wasn't the type of high-schooler to go to parties all the time - they are certainly not my thing - so most of the time I keep to myself silently pursue my dreams. Having said that, I enjoy conversation thoroughly: I've often said about myself that although I'm terrible at starting a conversation I don't know many better at continuing one if it is started with me, and I love any kind from the light-hearted to the philosophical. I have been described as 'woke' or 'quiet achiever' in the past. During my stay, my priority and full-time job will be job seeking. Also, I currently have access to the first two weeks rent as well as a youth allowance, which also covers rent costs. Furthermore, I am more than happy to aid in maintaining a household, and I can cook or clean if need be. I have work experience as a Rugby League referee, which served not only as a weekend sport but the best part-time job a teenager can have during schooling. I spruik this often, as not only is it an enjoyable hobby for me, but the skills it teaches in leadership, communication, fitness, attention to detail, receiving criticism, developing a thick skin among many others make it one of the best things that happened to me through my childhood; I don't know what kind of person I'd be without reffing, but I'm certainly a much more well-rounded person because of it. Other hobbies I partake in - when I have time for them, which is rare - include everything from acting to tabletop gaming to sport to music to writing. I like to describe myself as an eclectic person. Lastly, I am excited for the opportunity to broaden my social horizons. As I have briefly stated before, I find it difficult to get to know people, and this new chapter in my life holds in its pages the allure of new bonds of friendship, and I can't wait.
Hi, I'm Nick. Im 31 years old and looking for a new place to call home I work shift work at Sydney airport, so I'm an early riser which means I'm out the door 5-6am. I'm not looking for a party household but rather a place that is clean and tidy, with friendly and open minded housemates who can enjoy a chat over the occassional drink or a night out. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hey guys, Looking for a place to stay, roomate/s, team up, I’m 22 years old, working full time in hospitality, love to watch nrl, occasionally like to go out with my girls/mates, love to stay in and chill out, outgoing, love to be social, love my privacy and time alone, love the beach. I may be 22 but kinda over the party scene and not into house parties as I like my space and would respect the household! Looking for someone to stay with who’s relaxed, social, clean/neat person and respectful and all round a very good person!!
Hi, I'm a medical imaging student at the University of Canberra and I have an upcoming placement in Miranda for 3 months. I am quite social, always up for a chat, but still appreciates alone time and respects others.
Hi guys I’m looking for a room in an existing house share for myself, I’m working full time as electronic technician, I’m clean and respectful of other people’s privacy. I’m pretty busy Monday to Friday so you won’t see much of me Monday to Friday and then on weekends I like to enjoy my time off at the beach or socialising with friends. I’m not a party animal which means I won’t host any parties at home I prefer to party out of the house on weekends.
Hey! I'm a high school PE teacher moving back to Sydney in early January for a new job. I'm active and busy with work and socialising but do enjoy my downtime at home. I'm a considerate and clean housemate... and I grew up with six sisters who have all given me the tick of approval. Looking for some like-minded people/person to share with.
Hey I’m Lily, I’m looking for a house with friendly roommates and people to share a laugh with. I enjoy going to the beach, walking and shopping haha. Please no cats as I am allergic :( look forward to hearing from you!
I am easy going, tidy, healthy, and active. Love to run, do yoga, hike, and cook plant based food. Very laid-back, and respectful of others space and privacy. Ideal home: large room with en-suite/own bathroom, walking distance to train and to the beach. Work full time between the city and home. Would ideally like access to balcony, or room with lots of natural light; in quiet area and green/water outlook. Have own queen bed so unfurnished room preferred, but negotiable. Looking for long term stay if the right fit. Also flexible on move in date :)
I am easygoing, happy to have a chat, love being outside and playing sport. I am a high school teacher and have been living in Goulburn for the last 4 years. I am keen on a change to the coast and also train in Sydney for rugby league. I am currently looking for a place to live around the Cronulla area, as I can't afford to live by myself.
Hello! My name's Dayna - I'm 24 and looking for people to team up with to find a new place to call home. I am currently studying to become a chiropractor at Macquarie Uni (beginning a Masters degree in 2020) so hoping to move a little bit closer to spend less time commuting. When I'm not at uni you'll find me either at the beach, the gym, brunching or binge watching trashy shows on netflix. I'd love a social place to live, I've lived in share houses for 5 years now - in London, Wollongong and Sydney, moving in with complete strangers and always leaving with best mates. However, as a student I do spend a fair bit of time these days studying (or at least pretending to as I mindlessly scroll on insta). I am tidy and take pride in not just having a house but making it a home. I currently have my own place so have enough furniture to furnish a small apartment (it's not the cutest stuff but does the job!) I also have a black cat named Carl, he's 2 years old and the best housemate ever and gets along with other kitties well. I would look after/clean up after him - so just need someone who will love him like I do since he loves a cuddle. Send me a message if you'd like to catch up for a coffee (or a nice glass of wine) and chat :)
Chilled out IT worker from Wollongong who's been living in Maroubra since last Aug. Likes: sports, music, guitar, movies, games, drinks. Not looking for people to turn it into a party house, but not looking for people who won't say hello. Looking for some cool people to rent out a 2br/3br place in Cronulla/Sutherland area, from around the 20th Jan when my lease runs out.
