I am 28 male from Nepal fulltime working. My rental history is I have lived 2 yrs + in all my previous rental property and barely got complaint from owner and other house mate, so I am very easy person to live with in shared house. I believe in "your action should not affect other" being it - clean as you go in the kitchen, bathroom or anywhere else in the house, same with noise and I expect the very same from the others. I am quite person, respect the privacy and personal space, nautrally not very chatty person but I am open to chat, friendly depending on other person.

My Budget is $300(Negotiable) inc Bills,
Earliest I can move 2 week after the finalization as I need to notify my current house owner. I am not in rush to move so you can ping me if you have a place which will be available by mid, end of may or early june.
