Hello,

My name is Imogen and I am 22 years old - Originally from Far North Queensland, I have moved to Sydney to study and work.

I am looking to find a new accommodation, being able to move in within 2 weeks to a month. Ideally I would like to live in a all female flat but open to mixed.

In terms of accommodation I'm not too picky, just looking for a comfortable sized room. The max I would be looking to spend on a room is $300, however for the right place I am willing to expand my budget appropriately. I am more than happy to team up with someone for property in South-West area.

Preferably I would like to be close to buses/rails for public transport. I would be looking to sign a lease for 6-12 months with the idea to stay and continue the lease.

I have had the opportunity to manage my own lease in addition to living with housemates before in Townsville and Sydney .
I have just completed a Bachelor of Advanced Science and am currently working full time hours as a Dental Assistant while doing further education online.
I do have a partner that comes to visit me 1-2 times a week but he does not/would not stay the night.
I do enjoy being social with my housemates but like most people, I will respect your quiet time and privacy when needed.
