Hello, I am looking for a private room for my own.
I value quiet and consideration of housemates, have lived in share houses for many years, knowing how it works well with flatmates.
I work in the city full time ( NOT WFH ), don’t eat dinner, meal prep and life admin only happen at weekends.
During weekdays, just a workaholic which secures all bills and rents paid in time or advanced, and a daily workout lady enjoying active exercises.
I personally ONLY look for a room located nearby Kurraba Point.
