Hi I'm Brooke, I'm 24 and from Grey Lynn, Auckland NZ. I'm moving to Sydney in late Jan and am looking for a private room in a cool sharehouse in inner Sydney. I'm a marketing professional who is tidy, independent, respectful, easy going, organized and responsible. I enjoy heading along to ivy, going to the beach, and travelling anywhere and everywhere. I just returned from Europe in July and would love to visit South America at the end of 2017. Always up for a weekend adventure or a road/ferry/plane trip. Hope to hear from you soon :) Cheers! Brooke
I am someone who is really motivated, independent and loves to meet new people. My career is very important to me although I want to be able to focus on other things like relaxation and socialising.in the past two years I have travelled through majority of Europe during Christmas time and into the new year. I work full time in advertising in the Sydney CBD. My two favourite hobbies are playing Tennis and Snooker. I look forward to hearing from you!
I'm a 30 year old Australian / New Zealander single male who works 9-5 as a software developer in the CBD, looking to move in somewhere not too far from the city around the BEGINNING TO MIDDLE OF FEBRUARY, due to my current sharehouse’s lease expiring. I'm looking for a place with friendly people who like to hang out occasionally, but are also willing to give each other some space. Everyone should be willing to clean up after themselves and be considerate of the other housemates. I'm a quiet easy-going guy, I'm reasonably clean / tidy and I occasionally cook (Less so these days, thanks to Menulog and abundant takeaway joints!). I enjoy a quiet drink or two with a few friends, but I’m definitely not looking for a party house. For sober fun I enjoy video / board gaming with friends or, if I'm on my own, reading, listening to music and watching TV / movies. At the moment I spend most weekends out of town. No shared rooms please. Inspections only possible outside work hours, preferably on weekdays.
Hi, I am Anita. I have experience living in share homes! Am respectable of my flatmates space but also like to have a chit chat and someone to share a meal or drink with. Tidy but not OCD. Work full time in Circular Quay and looking for somewhere to call home!
Hi, born and raised in Germany came to Sydney 3 years ago to do an MBA program at UNSW b-school. been working in Finance/Strategy since mid 2015. i'm pretty social and easy-going. i enjoy going out, play basketball in a social comp, drink a bit too much from time to time, and love spending time outdoors.
Well where do I start!?' I'm the one on the left. Apparently I have no photos of just myself?? I'm from a farm about 4 hrs west of Sydney. I'm really laid back and always up for a beer, a surf or adventure somewhere! I'm very musical and my guitar is one of my most loved past times. I work 8-5 Monday to Friday in the city. Each day I have either rugby or gym so I won't be back home till roughly 8:30 each night. Saturday nights I like to definitely let off some steam but in saying that I'm always respectful of the people I'm living with. Nonetheless I'm super chill and easy to get along with :) If you want to know more, just shoot me a message :)
Hi future housemate 🙂 My name is Surangi. I'm Sri Lankan-Australian and I've been a Sydneysider since 1994. I work full time as a Project Officer for an ASX-listed professional infrastructure and environmental services company. I'm a friendly ambivert who enjoys a quiet night in as well as the occasional big night out and I'm looking to share a place with someone/s in their 20s - 30s with a similar-ish approach to life. No couples please. I enjoy going out and meeting new people, trying new ciders (not really a wine connoisseur sorry, but hey more for you right?) and exploring foodie Sydney. But I also love to just relax at home - read a good book or discover a great new TV show. I am pretty neat and tidy, and easy to live with. I also happen to make awesome shortbread and deliciously addictive Nutella brownies #justsaying😉 My weird/guilty pleasure: jumping on the ferry for a round trip on a beautiful day / night - one of the nicest and easiest ways to enjoy the harbour I think. Flexible move in date: Ideally I'd like to move in sometime between January 29th and March 21st. I think that just about covers it, contact me if you're interested by messaging me here, Surangi 🙃
Hi there! I am 27 years old, working in mental health industry. I like to keep an active and healthy lifestyle. I value a respectful and clean living environment. I keep pretty busy and usually out doing my own thing but welcome a friendly chat when at home :) Please do not contact me for short-term listings :) I am interested in at least 6months+
Tidy and a bit studious so looking for the same. I'm too old to be flatsharing with 5 people in one room. I'm not sure what is worse, trying to find a flatmate or Tinder. Either way, my spirit animal is a koala - I don't drink enough water and I can barely get out of bed.
I'm a young, optimistic, sociable girl who is looking for somewhere to live with people who are keen to have a fun living situation! I'm clean and tidy, enjoy cooking, and love to hang with others whilst still having some quiet time to myself. I'm a primary school teacher, so will be working full time. I can't wait to meet some lovely new people who can become my roomies :)
I've just recently arrived to Sydney working full time and looking forward to exploring my new city. I've lived in Japan and all over the US, most recently San Diego and Atlanta. I'm easy going, clean and laid back with a fondness for the great outdoors. I like to cook and enjoy taking in local breweries. Avid hiker and love to camp whenever I can!
My name is Emma and currently looking to move somewhere ASAP! I work full time in sydney CBD as well as study part time. Friendly, independent, clean and reliable. (Non smoker etc)

Hi, My names Victoria, 25 years old & I'd classify myself as an extroverted introvert. I work Full Time in Circular Quay, Sydney as a Sales Manager. Ideally I'm hoping to find a suitable place to move into by March 2017, there's not a huge rush at the moment. This will be my first time living out of home and really want to find the right place to call home. Max $300 rent + bills. Not interested in shared rooms. I'd like to live with people aged between 20 - 30years old. Interested in areas with easy access to public transport (20min max to the city) and preferably with a car park/street parking.
I am looking to team up with one person to start a new share house around Neutral Bay/Cremorne or Elizabeth Bay/Darlinghurst. I work full time in a corporate office in the CBD and gym most nights, so pretty chill during the week, however on weekends, love to unwind at the beach, go out for drinks or get out of Sydney on a weekend road trip. I am very clean and considerate of others, I like to keep active and healthy during the week, however am also keen for a cheeky beer or three. I have a couch, entertainment unit, dining room table and chairs, fridge and all kitchen appliances/utensils - pretty much a whole apartment/house. I'm looking for someone to share, preferably two bed, two bath with outside area. If you're interested would love to hear from you :)
Hi I'm Cassie, I am a young professional working in Accounting/Audit. I am originally from Wollongong, however I have lived on the North Shore for the past two years. I am clean, tidy and very respectful of peoples space. However I am also happy to make friends along the way. I am easy going, and in my spare time I usually catch up with friends, or relax at home with a book/new Netflix series.
I am easy going, neat and fun. I grew up in New York and I am loving Sydney. I'm studying law currently in North Sydney, so I'm looking for somewhere that is a bit close to my school. I am busy with school and work most of the time but I love to unwind occasionally. Long term stay preferred.
Hello! Looking for a group of chill, fun and tidy girls and guys to flat with. I'm easy going, friendly, clean and fun to have around. I've been living in Melbourne for the past 15 years but have just started working full time for a youth organisation based in Sydney so I'm keen to find a convenient spot that's close to public transport. If you'd like to know more about me, please feel free to send me a message!
I'm looking to rent a 2 or 3 bedroom accommodation somewhere around the lower north shore area with another young professional or 2. Someone trustworthy, respectful and fun. The accommodation would need to have a decent amount of space as I would be doing some work from home at my computer and need space to store my work equipment. I enjoy living in a clean environment and am very respectful of others. I'm very friendly and like to be social. I keep busy with work and fitness.
Hey! I'm Kelly, 24, full time hairdresser from England and will be returning to Sydney on the 25th of this month and need a room in a share house (or apartment or whatever!) to move into ideally straight away. I am open to the location as long as it is easy to commute into the city centre. I'm very friendly, bubbly, sociable, respectful of peeps' privacy, and clean, and tidy. I hope to meet similar or like-minded people to live with and become good pals with. If you're interested please message me and I will be more than happy to exchange details! Can FaceTime/Skype to get to know each other. Thankssssss
I'm 31 and work full-time as a Professional. I'm easy-going and sociable - always up for a chat or a beer/wine but also respect personal space. Fairly quiet during the week with work and generally spend weekends catching up with friends / family.
We are a hardworking, sociable, clean, tidy pleasent and outgoing couple. We want to live around North Sydney/Cremorne/Mosman/Crows Nest etc for the remainder of our holiday visa as we have fallen in love with the city. We are both from the UK. Before quitting our jobs, Carolyn was a primary school teacher teaching 9-10 year olds and I was an operations manager for a UK based tool manufacturer. We are both sporty and active people. I play soccer and golf and Carolyn plays netball. We hope to get back into sport once we settle down. As well as this we love going to the beach and going on walks. We are not lazy people so we won't be messy or untidy around the home. My girlfriend and I will have completed our farm work days to obtain a second year visa by the time we would look to settle in Sydney so we may look for a 18 month stay.
Hello! I'm American from Boston and lived in Australia for over 10 years now. Speak fluent French and some German as I also lived in Europe. I'm doing a graduate law degree and work part time. I spend a lot of time in the law library and also study at home sometimes so a quiet environment is good. I like, nature, beach, horse riding/polo, yoga, good healthy cuisine (I like to eat out often), and relaxing music. I'm into cafe culture and designer shopping. I'm friendly, open-minded, cosmopolitain, fashionable and like to socialise and meet new and interesting, intellectual, positive, open-minded, people from many cultures. I am honest, trustworthy, considerate and kind. ONE ROOM AVAILABLE/FLATMATE DESIRED I have a clean, neat (non-cluttered), welcoming living environment with natural light and positive feng shui. It's a tastefully designed beautiful modern contemporary nicely renovated 2bed/1 bath house in the Lower North Shore. LOOKING FOR ONE FLATMATE ONLY.
Creative, social & extroverted. Like to play the guitar, cook & read. Other passions? craft beer, astronomy, art & philosophy. Prior to Aus, I lived in UAE, USA, Spain & India and I've lived in multi-cultural share houses and understand the dynamics of living in share homes. I worked with EY for around 4 years before moving to Aus to study at Uni. Currently, I work for Deloitte in the Sydney CBD. I'm 27 and looking to live in a home with other social, respectful and mature individuals in their mid to late 20's. I'm looking for a large room, preferably furnished. Location is everything, the house needs to have good public transport connectivity. Non-smoking household preferred. I enjoy cooking and it would be nice to have a good kitchen where we can share a chat and exchange some culinary tips. Personally, I'm social, respectful and clean. I like to host social dinners every once in a while but I'm not a party person and enjoy keeping a balance between fun and work. I spend considerable time reading & studying music, and I will be doing long hours at work during the week. As much as I like to be social I respect others privacy and need for space.
Hey guys! I'm a 27 y/o female who will be working full time. I would prefer a house where I can really rest after a long day (not a party place) but I like hanging out occasionally. :) I'm a neat person and very respectful. About me: I play the guitar and sing Organised Friendly Non-smoker but would allow smoking outside Will be working up to 60 hours a week Looking for: Long term Individual Room Not a party house please Furnished with bills included At least a double bed Looking for something around $250 per room. Somewhere accessible to the city and Northern Beaches.
Hi, I'm a 24 y/o Chinese girl .I will study English and social work at ACU, so i wanna find a new place near my University and i wanna live with fun friendly people! I also have have a full time job at Little snail rent ,but i usually work at home. I am an easy going person who like cleanliness, respect others space and also fun to hang out with. Usually busy at work and study, when i have free time i will go to gym or beach ,or stay at home to get relax. would be great to become flatmates.
Looking to move any time around mid Feb 2017. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a push bike, 2 cd racks and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space somethings could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I also have a big tv - currently with former housemates if you need one in your lounge room and have a display unit for it to sit it on - we can retrieve it .... I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Sometimes I get 4 day breaks when I've worked 10 days in a row, I try to get away for those breaks usually to Queensland. I get about 7 weeks annual leave and I like to go overseas or up to Queensland to visit my family. I try to travel outside school holiday time - who wants to pay those inflated prices ?? ;) I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Also a dryer in the laundry would be handy for those washing days when it's raining all day... :) Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
Hi, I'm Bec! I teach Design and Technology at a public school in the Lower North Shore, and am looking for a room to rent in the area from the middle of January. I am an open minded individual who is happy to live with anyone that I get on with. To me it is important to have a relationship with my housemate that goes beyond passing in the kitchen every now and then, and I'm keen to find someone that I can share cooking with once or twice a week and head out for a drink or walk/run with every now and then. I like to be able to have friends visit every now and then, but equally see a good share house as a respectful and cooperative place. I am quite a social person but also like to have my own space. I have many passions and hobbies including a number of crafts, cooking/baking (I used to run a small cupcake business), sewing, boardgames, exercise and the environment. I like to head out often (trivia, dancing, rotary meetings, pub) however am anticipating this will be a busy year for me work-wise. What I am looking for is a room big enough to put a desk in, ideally with a built in wardrobe and a unit with a balcony as well as clean bathroom and kitchen. Looking forward to meeting you!

A super easy going but clean and considerate English couple looking for a room in a shared house. Both really into music and movies, and love to meet new like-minded people from all over the world, and if you like to have a drink that's even better!
I'm relocating from Malaysia together with my current company Materialise. I've been working with them for 5 years, and will be taking care of sales for our new office in Sydney. We provide solutions for surgical planning and 3D Printed custom implants and instrumentation. Growing up, I lived in different countries around the world: US, Nigeria, Thailand. Uni in NYC, and then, gave Malaysia a shot as home, but prefer a more diverse city. I cycle, climb, play badminton, and like to explore outdoor, live music, or any eccentric events. Love coffee, and can make great chai, but hopeless at cooking. Though I plan to rectify this in Sydney. I would really love to live in a share apartment where someone has a dog. I'd be happy to help out in taking care of him/her, but can't own a dog myself, since my job has too much travel. I think i'm pretty easy going as a flatmate, and mostly open to criticism to adapt to others living style. I have some unusual taste in music: a variety of world music. It would be great to share, though I'm used to keeping it to myself as well. Looking for a social group of flatmates, since I don't like the idea of isolating myself in my room.
Hi All, I run an electrical services company, looking for a short term share house opportunity for short term (4 - 5 weeks in Febuary). I have moved into a place in Kingsford but am required to wait it out until the room becomes available. In my spare time I play a lot of golf, even though I am not that good. I do fairly long hours and work hard so I don't usually spend too much time at home though I enjoy weekend drinks in the sun with housemates.
Heyy! My name is Zoe, I am 22 and working full time as a medical receptionist. My two greatest loves are Pizza and Beer. I am super chilled, I enjoy my own space but am always down for a chat and some Netflix.
I'm 25 , Sponsored Brit. I work full time in the city. I Love going to the beach on the weekends or going for a hike and exploring new places. Looking for a long term place to stay that I can call a home.
Me and my 10 week old Mini Dachshund puppy are looking for a permanent place to live. I work full time in the city for a finance company. I'm pretty relaxed and I tend to spend most of my spare time either walking/playing with my dog, having a couple of beers with my mates or at the beach. I'm pretty easy going and like to keep my stuff clean in a non-OCD way. Unfortunately I'm a football fanatic that goes for an underachieving team. Happy to answer any questions :)
I am a soon-to-be 25 year old, moving down to Sydney to start a new job as an engineer. I grew up on the Northern Beaches but moved up to Queensland with my family in my last couple of years of high school. I have been renting for 4 years and am a reliable and tidy housemate. I like to keep active and enjoy being social, but have a quiet nature.
I'm from the US and I've lived all over. I'm a chef and cooiking instructor. I am easy to get along with. I enjoy to cook but I stay tidy in community spaces. I enjoy communal living, but am very respectful of personn time and space. I like to look for adventures, go biking, play sports, and cook.
I am clean, respectful, reliable and quiet. I enjoy cooking, video games, riding and I am great with repairs. I have grown up in the country and I am currently completing a preparation course at UNI. I work most days walking dogs and gardening between the eastern suburbs and the north shore so anywhere between would be ideal.
I'm Erin, and I'm 29 years old. I work in Client Services within Media, so I'll be out of the house from 9-5 weekdays. When I am not working I enjoy relaxing at home with a book or movie, occasionally baking or cooking and enjoying some fresh air. I'm happy to hang out on occasion, but pretty happy to do my own thing as well.
I'm a full time working professional in software! I'm handy to have around because I can pretty much fix anything from computers to your fridge! I enjoy being social and making new friends. Watching Netflix on the couch with a friend and a drink and enjoy cooking as well as sharing a meal. I'm an animal person but don't have any pets so if you have one I'm interested but even then I'm happy looking at photos of dogs on the internet! I like to read and keep to myself sometimes too as well as a little bit of a gamer.
Hi, I'm Megan! I'm a 23-year-old looking for some reasonably long-term accommodation so I can stay in Sydney (originally from Perth). I work full-time at an advertising agency, and when I get home from work I like to relax with a book or the TV. Happy to be social with you (although not exactly a party person) or give you space if you need it. Keen to get out and explore Sydney a little more on the weekends. Quiet, easy-going and neat. I don't have any pets but would be more than happy if you do!
Jess is literally the loveliest person ever. She's so chilled out and will go with the flow. She's an artist who is also working full time to support her creative career! I am Mykaela. Almost as lovely as Jess, and probably just as cruisy. Everything else, we have in common. We're both really clean people. Like, don't leave dishes in the sink, or around the house, and generally like to keep the bathroom clean... Both like red wine and a good dance, both have a friendly nature and we make friends with just about anyone. Let's live together Xo
