I'm very easygoing and easy to get along with. I'm social and down for a debrief over drinks but also like my own space. I'm respectful and clean, confining my mess to my own room. I enjoy having people over for dinner but am not looking for a party house as I work full time and some weekends. My dog is small, non shedding and sleeps most of the day, but he enjoys company and doesn't deal well with being locked outside if someone is home so dog lover roommates are a must.
Hi I am a single, clean, fairly quiet, Australian male. I currently work M-F around 9-5. I may be working evenings in the future if this is an issue (it shouldn't be as I'm very quiet coming/going) I also do a few hours a week work on my home PC in the evening/Saturday. I'm very considerate of people sleeping and looking for the same. I'm looking for peace and quiet, some privacy (but also some social times). A quiet location not on or close to a major road or under a flightpath (sadly that rules out most of the inner west) The room needs to be large (3x3m at least) to fit queen bed, desk, TV unit and wardrobe if no BIR. I also need space somewhere for my own fridge/freezer unless yours is fairly empty. For housemates, I'm looking for Australians/UK/Canadian people (not other languages/cultures) aged around 25-40. I'm looking for people that are healthy, fit and regularly exercise. I cannot live with anyone that smokes. Also someone interested in and a willing participant in at least 1 of the following: sci-fi tv/movies video games board games (mostly short and fun not long and boring) hiking tennis/badminton/table tennis and I'm open to housemate's interests. I would like 1-2 other housemates maximum with at least 1 other male. My budget is including bills and internet. I will consider more areas than I have listed
Easy going, bubbly and always up for an adventure:) I work full time as a nurse and study part-time so I'm always busy, but love being social and having a laugh or sneaky wine. I am clean, organised and considerate. I enjoy anything in the sun, food, fitness, travel, reading, trashy tv and tbh sometimes just being a sloth in bed (we all have those days).
Easy going, drama free 25 year old working full time in Sydney. Have lived in share accommodation for 6 years, and am looking for a new place to call home! Spend my weeks going to work, to the gym, reading and catching up with friends over coffee / vino. Very respectful of other peoples space and privacy, as well as clean and tidy. Looking for a relaxed place to live, preferably with females around the same age.

Hey there! I am a German girl from Berlin moving to Sydney Nov. 1 to work in the digital field. I am looking for a flat with friendly and open flatmates, preferably mid 20s to 30s. I am open to exploring Sydney, having a nice dinner, some drinks, checking out exhibitions (especially photography), and everything that Sydney has to offer! I do enjoy some quiet time to recharge and watch some favorite TV shows. I am a very clean and respectful housemate, like Germans are said to be ;) I am flexible with the length of stay. Looking forward to hearing from you!
I have a lot of experience living in shared houses with having been at uni for 4 years and therefore think that I am quite easy to live with. I am clean and tidy, will be working monday - friday but keen to go out on the weekends! Bubbly, fun person hoping to meet similar people!
I'm in Sydney working as a photographer and studying screen acting. Originally from Perth, I managed my own sharehouse for several years and enjoyed meeting and accomodating several short to long term tenants during that time. I'm generally quite busy most of the time, either with work or study. Living with me you'll find I'm very considerate of my fellow housemates, especially when it comes to shared areas and respecting each others privacy. Having managed a sharehouse, I fully appreciate the importance of paying rent at the agreed time. I also pay alot of attention in keeping common areas such as kitchens, bathrooms and living areas in a presentable and clean condition. Feel free to be in touch to organise a time to meet in person! Cheers, Jad
Hi everyone I'm Matt,Aussie ,36, work full-time and very down to earth, like things clean, easy to talk to,considerate, respectful, helpful and don't mind kicking back for a drink now and then.
Hey everyone :) I'm moving up from a small town to work full-time in the big city. I am clean and tidy, non-smoker and I love cooking and Netflix.
Hello All! I work full time on yachts in Kirribilli. Like to get out sailing on the harbour as much as possible when not working. I've lived out of home for over a decade in many different places with many different people. I am, through character and experience, very tidy, respectful and like to keep a clean home. Just returned from a wee stint in Europe so now looking for a place to call home with some good people that is close enough to work. Looking forward to meeting you, oh and I really enjoy cooking too!
Hi my names is Ness, I'm 26 years old and I'm a sales assistant from Sydney. I'm in real estate and typically work Monday to Friday, with some early mornings and late nights. I'm looking to move to the lower north shore around Neutral Bay, Cremorne or Mosman. I'm looking for a house mate that is pretty low key and happy to have a chat and glass of wine after work and share dinner a night or two during the week. I think your home is your safe haven and somewhere to be proud of. Don't get my wrong I'm happy for a few drinks on the weekend but not really keen to be living in a party house. I'm hoping that my housemate can always turn into a friend and although live our own lives it would be nice to share a few fun times along the way.
Hiya, My name is Noelle and I'm currently an international student at UTS, studying design (fashion design) Im originally Argentinian, but was born in South Africa and have been living in Dubai for the past 12 years. Im looking for a place to stay during my studies here, would prefer long term but I am open to staying short term (shortest around 3 months). I am very easy going and pretty sociable, Im really just looking for a welcoming place to stay. Im always happy to pitch in around the place and generally keep stuff organised. Will be out of the house during the week because of uni, my weekends are usually left for sleeping in. Would love a place relatively close to UTS in the inner city but Im not fussed about commuting as long as the train station etc. is within walking distance.
I am a young working professional (teacher of Physics and Mathematics), and currently holding down a few roles while finishing my post-graduate study. I also work in health and fitness, as a gym instructor (yoga, aerobics etc) as I love to keep active, I am looking for a house that is kept clean, as I get a little house-proud; and would prefer to live with others that feel the same way, and can enjoy an occasional catch up over wine or coffee from time to time. I am out of the house early and home late most days, and although I sometimes enjoy cooking for friends, would usually socialise outside the house. If this sounds good to you, shoot me a message!
Hi my names Lucas, I've been flatmating with my sister recently and have been wanting to find a new place with a nice easy going person. I'm doing my electrical apprenticeship and am on the back end of my studies, so having a relatable flat mate who doesn't mind working during the week and then having a drink with dinner on the weekends with friends is ideal. Generally through the week I'm working average hours which means I'm not a night owl, I also like to keep my fitness up, which leaves me very little time on weekdays to do much else, other than cooking which is my favourite part of the day and exercising when I get the chance. I like to keep the place I live in quite clean and I value my own person space and others, when winding down after a long week of work. Getting out and about on weekends and having a good chat with dinner now and again is also key to having a relatable roommate who is easy and comfortable to live with. But all in all, I'm looking to find a place that is a new home with soon to be new friends.
Hi there, I am a secondary science teacher at the Scots College. I am a huge geek and love movies and just about anything to do with science and pop culture. I try to regularly go to the gym and do kung fu once or twice a week. I also ride a motorbike so would love to find a place that has a bit of space for my baby.
