During the week I work in corporate and financial communications which keeps me pretty busy. I try and go to the gym a few times a week and generally look after myself. On the weekend I’m usually out and about. When I am at home I’m either watching old episodes of Gossip Girl or Grey’s Anatomy, reading a book, or some form of life admin. I like to think of myself as a pretty good housemate – I’m always up chat, can cook a yummy meal, and most importantly clean up after myself. In terms of what I’m looking for in a house – ideally something on the newer side and with a bit of wiggle room. I would like somewhere in the inner east – from Darlinghurst to Rose Bay. I would however be open to the inner west or lower north shore for the right place. I'd also be open to forming a share house - I just have no furniture outside of my bedroom!
I am sociable and enjoy the odd glass of wine during the week. I like to go to the gym after work and keep fit. I also like cooking and would like to live with people we can share the odd meal with. I am 27 years old and from the uk. I did my regional work to extend my visa so currently have 18 months left on my visa. I have just started working in north ryde full time and would like to live near a train line. It would be great to meet up and see how we get on☺️
Quiet and clean, good sense of humor just returned from a contract in Brisbane. Professional. Walk daily by the water and enjoy a glass of wine. Clean, quiet and respectful of others. I need to be able to park my car, street ok. Prefer to share with only one person possibly 2. I need to park my car on street is ok.
We are a respectful, social and approachable couple that loves to socialise but also respects personal space. We are one English guy and Australian girl that are moving to Sydney so I can start my university student placement as a Paramedic. Thanks !!
Hi, I'm Jenn! I have just moved to Sydney, from Vancouver, BC, Canada, on a working holiday visa. I have a part time job at bottle shop in The Rocks. I'm a lover of all things sports and outdoors. I can often be found taking in a game, or on one of the many walks this beautiful city has to offer. I like an equal balance of keeping to myself at home, but also a good chat with my flatmate. I've almost never lived alone, so I understand the meaning of shared space, and private space.
Hi there, I'm looking for a place that's close to public transport. I work full-time in the city, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm. I'm a friendly and approachable ambivert who likes to be clean and tidy, and understands privacy and alone time. I'm able to move in now and have my own furniture. Would prefer to live with only one flatmate. Please feel free to contact me. :) Thanks!
Hi there my name is James. I'm 27 years old and currently working as an advertising consultant in the city. I would describe myself as outgoing, very friendly, respectful anddown to earth. I'm very conscious of others when living with people and look to keep very tidy and help out with cleaning. During the week I'm very career focused but on the weekends I like to go out and socialise. I'm looking to find a new home and live alongside like minded people that would enjoy socialising as a house hold. I enjoy cooking, reading, keeping fit and active.
I'm relocating from Brisbane to Sydney permanently for full time work in November and am looking for a relaxed, clean and easy place to live. I am a fun, respectable and easy going girl looking to live somewhere reasonably priced, practical for my work in North Sydney and social but with privacy. Please message me if you want to know more about me to see whether I would suit your household dynamic or for any more information.
Hi there, I'm Monique! I'm 23 years old, a qualified personal trainer and have recently completed my University studies (Bachelor of Business). Whilst my life revolves around health and wellbeing I can assure you I am a normal human being e.g. eat naughty treats, love a sleep in, and enjoy a good night out with friends. I am a bit of a fiend for brunch dates, long walks (anywhere, not just on the beach), weights (to burn off all the naughty things I eat), cosy nights in, home cooked meals, a good yarn but I am also down with complete silence. So basically, if you're a person who likes to socialise - cool, I'm down for that! If you prefer your space, I'm down for that too! I'm pretty flexible and understanding.....and I am hardly around with the long hours I am working at the moment. I've been out of home since I was 18 so I consider myself to be pretty housetrained and if there is ever a mess, it is contained to my room. I am respectful of privacy and keep the house tidy. I am looking for an unfurnished room, and can contribute an awesome Dyson vacuum cleaner, Nespresso coffee machine, Global knives, a TV (although a little small), a blender, and a mix of general kitchen utensils. I do have access to a washing machine and fridge if required. I am looking for a place to call home for a long time. I am also very flexible with move in dates :-)
Hiya! I'm Alex! I need to find somewhere to call home from the beginning of January 2018. Hoping for a year, but 6 months would be a great start! I'm a ballet teacher and dancer, 2018 will be my last semester of uni (B in Dance and performance at Macquarie). I teach 3 evenings a week as well as Saturday mornings, and currently also dabbling in hospitality to keep my pockets full...well at least not empty. I like to keep busy, but also love a Netflix marathon or beach trip. I love a wine, also always up for meat and cheese board or Thai takeaway to go with it. In my spare time I do pin up modelling and vintage styling. Glamour is important to me..expect to find me of a morning In my silk robe and fluffy heeled slippers, as if I live in a mansion and my rich husband has died of 'suspicious circumstances'. Aside from that I'm pretty easy going. I don't sweat the small stuff. Also not really into politics or debates that are too stressful, life's too much fun. In saying that. You respect my opinions and I'll try not to roll my eyes at yours, haha! Looking for somewhere with awesome access to public transport, a hip neighbourhood and great people. Hoping to go on some flatmate-dates before moving in, so it feels more like friends and less like strangers in a house. Speak soon x
Looking to move any time after 27th October 2017. Looking for a house share situation or an apartment that has good storage spaces. Hi I'm looking for an unfurnished room big enough for a queen bed. I have some other household things, happy to share or store under the house in boxes. Some of the things I need room for include a 2 seater couch, a 5 shelf -6ft tall bookshelf, a push bike, 2 cd racks, a glass top dining table that stores flat and a few plastic boxes of stuff. So depending on the space some things could be stored in the bedroom and some in a lock up garage space or ideally a storage space. I am on a 7 day roster and work most weekends and some late shifts too. Looking for a place that has a CLOTHES DRYER for those rainy days off when I have to do my laundry. I have been sharing for over 20 years in Sydney and I respect people's space and know how to clean up after myself. I am not a party person - I like to live in a peaceful, tranquil environment. I'm a vego, non-smoker, respect your privacy, pay rent and all my bills on time, friendly and clean. Happy to cook a curry at home or a buy a take away and chat about life over a meal. I work in the cbd mostly 10.30-7pm; sometimes earlier sometimes later. It's most likely that you probably won't run into me that often because of my work hours. As I work outside of normal hours and most weekends, with days off mostly during the week I'm looking for a quiet household on a quiet street or cul-de-sac with minimal traffic noise etc. So if Meriton is building 7 thousand units next door to your place - it's probably not the place I'm looking for ... :) I don't drive but I do need good access to public transport. Please feel free to send me a message if you think you have a place for me. Cheers - Samantha.
I am a 30 year old female looking to share an apartment with another reliable, tidy female around the lower north shore/ north shore. I work in healthcare, am clean and tidy, respect privacy, non-smoker, no kids, and don't drink alcohol. I like to go to the gym before/ after work and am an outdoors/ active person. I have currently been renting by myself in North sydney, but is getting costly. I already have all lounge, kitchen, dining furniture and appliances, so am happy to share with someone to look for a new apartment. I am after my own bedroom and bathroom, and must need car space. If you would like to meet up to see if you would like to share, please contact me. :)
I'm very easy going, enjoy being outside and being active! Love watching sport and hanging out with mates. Very considerate and know where my boundaries are. Work full time.
Hi, I'm Sean and I'm moving back to Sydney after two years on the Gold Coast. I'm a screenwriter/filmmaker and I work part-time in retail and hospitality. I also run a videography business called Cinebrand, so I spend time editing at home on days off. I grew up in Melbourne, Sydney and Hong Kong, and have lived in the US (Los Angeles). I love movies, travel, '80s music and healthy food. I'm happy going out to restaurants or cooking at home. I enjoy a fairly quiet home, and don't watch much free TV - I'd rather watch a movie or documentary. Not a football or cricket fan, but I like being active and cycling. I've shared with others before and have also lived alone. I enjoy my privacy and respect others' privacy, but I'm happy to chat and share meals or a drink most of the time. I'm a tidy person who enjoys a clean home, and I don't smoke. I have some furniture (a bed, desk and shelves) but if the room is furnished I can store some of it. Thanks for reading.
Hi, I'm Kelly and I recently moved to Sydney from the UK. I'm on a working holiday visa and I have a Monday-Friday office job. I'll be in Sydney till the end of January and I'm looking for somewhere to live with laid-back, sociable flatmates. I'm not a party person but I like having a glass of wine and a chat after work. In my spare time I like running, swimming and exploring Sydney :)
I am moving out of my apartment in Glebe after finishing uni at the end of November, will start working full time in the city in December. I am easygoing, very tidy and enjoys a bottle of beer after work. I also enjoy making dinner and watch romcoms on weekend if that is your thing as well.
Hey potential new housie, I have lived in Sydney for 2 years and as much as I love the convenience and constant buzz of Surry Hills, I feel like it’s time to move closer to the water, even though I am sad to leave my awesome housemates. Originally from the UK, I am a 30 year old full time professional working in the CBD Monday – Friday. In the evenings I like to come home, relax, eat and some days have a glass of vino. Weekends are my time for doing any life admin that I may need to but also, exploring, hiking, beaching, sometimes going out and just generally catching up with my friends, I can sometimes be a home body and just chill too. I’m a gym goer in the mornings so usually wake up quite early so that I can go before work and try to lead a relatively healthy lifestyle. As a housemate, I am anally clean with the kitchen and bathroom and I am so tidy, I hate clutter so everything always has a place. I’m pretty easy going otherwise, I am a social butterfly and love to build a family vibe in the house, but I also really love my down time and respect anyone else’s too. I am happy to let anyone speak to my current housemates should you want the inside scoop. I like to cook, although I don’t cook every day but I do cook for my housemates from time to time, especially brunch on the weekends. I am a bit of a foodie, love trying new restaurants and new things, so if you are too this could be perfect. Let me know if there is anything else that you are curious about :) My move date is also flexible, so could be sooner or later than 11/11. I am also looking for long term stay :)
Hi guys, I am a 26 year old working professional and new to Sydney. I am very easy going and friendly, and respectful of peoples privacy. On the weekends i am into fitness and finding beautiful places to explore. I am also clean and tidy. I generally do around 60 hours a week at work, often more, so i don't expect to be at home a great deal during the week! Please feel free to contact me! Richard

Hi, I'm Mark. I'm easy going, clean, understand decent hygeine and work full time. I like to balance an active and healthy lifestyle with socialising, having a few beers at the pub. I'm looking for something for 6+ months with long term(1+ year) an even more attractive option. I currently have some furniture and white goods in storage which I am happy to contribute however if not wanted/needed they can remain in storage. Items include fridge/freezer, front loaded washing machine, 3 seater sofa, outdoor setting, coffee table, etc.
