I’m a pretty easygoing, respectful and independent person looking for somewhere clean, comfortable and quiet to live. I’m very clean and tidy and probably a little bit fussy when it comes to keeping my space organised — I really don’t like mess and like things kept neat.

Ideally, I’m looking for a granny flat, studio, self-contained unit or some kind of private space rather than just a bedroom in a busy share house. Having my own space and privacy is important to me, and I’m looking for somewhere that feels like home where I can settle in.

I’m respectful of other people’s space and property, keep things clean and tidy, and I’m generally pretty easy to get along with. I’m happy to have a chat and answer any questions you might have, and I’m more than happy to meet in person so we can have a proper conversation and see if I’d be a good fit.

I’m also prepared to pay the required bond and rent upfront as needed, and I’m looking to move as soon as I find the right place. I’m flexible and happy to provide whatever information, references or details are necessary to give you peace of mind.
