Im very laid back and polite and happy to help whenever asked for
im quite chatty but not to the point your food will go cold if you just finished cooking haha ,the only thing i ever ask of fellow housemates it just to be honest with me of they have an issue and i will work towards adjusting accordingly if its within my power.

Currently working at MSY/Umart as a PC technician and builder tho im casual hours .

I am Filipino/Maltese/Australian ( yeah its a strange mix haha)

Looking mostly just for a single room and if able an en suite bathroom but im not to fussed as i have been house sharing for over a two decades now so im adaptable.
Love most pets for the most part and an a big cat person but i do not have pets so if thats an issue then its no problem, Big on recycling can if able if there is a recycling center within walking distance as i tend to drop them off myself due to no car.

IF NEEDED i can provide the contacts of several of my landlords who can all vouch for me reliability and background and never once have i missed a payment date in well over 17 years of renting.
