I'm in Brisbane Queensland A mature lady 43 years old.
I am looking for share house, room for rent. Ladies only preferably or mixed with Ladies and Gents(I am adaptable, and respectful )LGBT Friendly also.
I am reserved and quiet keep to myself when I need my personal space as I work different schedules and unusual hours(Respectful of keeping noise levels down in household for consideration of house mates).
I’m employed and also a student(while home I’ll be busy studying online in my room)
I pull my weight in house chores when I’m using communal kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities etc (cleaning up my own mess)
Pay split bills in homes that bills included with rent.
I’m a non smoker, non drinker, non drug user, healthy lifestyle for me due to health reasons. I don’t go out to bars,clubs if not necessary there no need to worry about me being a party animal in the home as I don’t do this no longer.
I don’t have pets either it’s just me.
I am friendly and down to earth.
