I can move Now, but also I’m not in a rush to do it, so I’m looking for the right place rather than just any room. Ideally, I’d like to live in a house or apartment with only 1-2 people, where everyone values peace, quiet and a clean, respectful environment.

I work 9–10 hours a day, so I’m not home very often. When I am home, I really appreciate having a quiet and relaxed place to unwind.

I’m looking for a place for around 4–9 months, although I’m flexible with the exact length. The closer to the CBD, the better. I’m not interested in properties on the western side of Sydney.

Parking is also important — I’d like to be able to park my car on the street without time restrictions. It would also be a big plus (but not a must) if there was a safe place where I could keep my motorcycle.
