Currently looking for a room to rent as our current lease has ended and the owner is selling, so it would be the perfect time to relocate closer to work.

I’m 28 years old, I work in the automotive industry how ever also have my own business section of that importing cars from Japan

I work quite a lot and tend to get home later after leaving early, other times as I’m getting old now I like to just chill out watch TV or play games 😀

At times I do spend the weekends away out 4x4 and camping, and with re locating I’ll still be away on weekends in Brisbane where possible.

I also like to tend to be social and meet new people, how ever I do focus on my business a lot and ways to improve that and also ways to move further in life

Sometimes I will have my friends over (obviously after checking with house mates and all good) but generally we will just have a couple of drinks and go out

I prefer only living with 1-2 other people as I tend not to feel extremely comfortable in bigger groups

I’m off to Japan for a period next year to working expanding business so at this stage I would prefer not to lock myself into a lease if possible (hence looking for share accomodation)
