Hello people up there with sunshine,
I am a neat and tidy, respectful and considerate, professionally employed worker, who is mainly into fitness and wellbeing. I am looking to enjoy a new environment, (coming from down cloudy south), to rent whilst I settle into the area and watch the housing market.
Ideally I would like to share a modern or renovated place, and if you had an outdoor area with a secure parking space that would be very appealing. I would also be willing to pay more for the likes of using a pool and/or any storage for a boat. I don’t smoke and have no pets.
