A private bedroom with enough space to accommodate my own furniture, including a queen size bed, bedside tables, tallboy, fridge, TV unit, and scuba diving gear.

Secure storage for my personal belongings, especially valuable scuba equipment.

Preferably fewer housemates (3-4 max) to ensure a quieter, respectful, and clean shared living environment.

No pets or non-aggressive pets only, as I need a calm atmosphere.

Access to shared spaces like the kitchen, laundry, and living areas is appreciated.

A lease term of at least 6 to 12 months preferred.

Ideally, a place where tenants respect each other’s privacy, cleanliness, and boundaries.
