Hi I'm a 33 female from New Zealand. I've been living in Perth for the last few years. I work full time in Welsphool, so looking for a new room to rent around that area to keep the commute to work short. I'm about to end my current lease after just over two years. So looking for a nice quite place to call home. I'm clean, quite and respectful of other peoples property. I keep to myself but also like having someone to chat with when they are around. Would really like and unfurnished room with aircon. Wishlist would include maybe the possibility of setting up a separate lounge. But not a deal breaker. I do currently have furniture for lounge/kitchen/laundry if someone is looking for a teamup. But i'm also willing to part with my stuff to take on just an unfurnished room. If you have any questions for me please send me a message :-)
Full time student at curtin university studying social work :) Don’t drive so don’t need any parking spaces, love to go out now and then but busy with uni and volunteering majority of the time so not a party person often at all! Been renting two years on my own in Leederville need a new place within two weeks as plumbing has broke (old house), landlords not wanting to fix and vacate property. Can get reference. Happy to rent a room if you accept small dogs... have a trained, quiet Maltese shitzu, doesn’t shed and loves a good scratch from anyone !
About me: 19 year old male, single, currently studying. I’m shy and quite but still personable and polite, I’m also a neat and tidy person. I spend a lot of my time by my myself, however I still enjoy the occasional chat ect. I’m mature and respectful of others ie no parties, loud music or friends over ect. LGBTQ+ friendly is a must as I am gay and would prefer to stay away from any problems in that regard. I’m also a non smoker. I would love for you to consider me. Thanks so much.
Im Chinese from Indonesia, I'm gentle I'm educated, honest and friendly. I like live with some peoples for share my days and have a good company. But I'm prefer only 3 of us in the house. im working in Aiport as a full time staff going to be into 4year. I'm neat, respect and understable. I do not smoke , i do not drink and I'm not a typical party person, but I would like having my good friends female or male visiting me sometimes if you not mind. Hey I'm Jemma, I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Criminology and Psychology full time at Murdoch University and also working part-time at a cafe in Forrestfield. I am looking to move out towards the end of October, though I have no set date so am quite flexible with that (hopefully sometime before uni exams as I don't need the extra stress) A little about me: I spend most of my spare time drawing (both traditional and digital) or writing I love animals, so if you have a pet that's a bonus for me!! I'm looking for a non-smoking household as I have asthma.. I'm quite easy to get along with and do really enjoy my time alone but I am looking for a housemate/s that is easy going and who I can hopefully become friends with. My weekly budget is quite inflexible, so please no messages from people with higher prices. If you'd like to know more about me, just send me a message (:

I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
We are a group of students/graduates who are currently studying/seeking employment in Perth. We like the place to be quiet, clean and tidy. We do not have pets, do not smoke and do not have loud and late house parties. We pay rent on time.
Moving to Queensland at the end of the year so hoping to find somewhere close to work until then. Don't smoke, pretty neat, have no pets, prefer furnished as not brining any with me but can deal either way, not expecting having visitors or any parties, basically just somewhere to sleep, chill, and share with some nice peoples. Happy to share in cleaning duties and possibly some cooking, or otherwise equally happy to leave you in peace.
I'm a student speechie, and I write for a food blog part-time. I'm quiet and tidy, but also enjoy socialising. I love sports, going to the gym, and cooking. Looking for a place close to Curtin University and would love to live in a house with pets and friendly housemates :)
All of us get along well with others and can be tolerant. We are clean and neat people and like to keep the house in a good condition. We are also organized and will take care of the house well. There are four of us and we are all females. We would prefer a house with all female occupants.
I am an acting student studying in East Perth and working part-time. I like to be tidy and am pretty easy-going. When at home I’m generally quite quiet, though I am happy to socialise. Have been renting for about 5 years, so have lots of experience living with others. Happy to have roommates of either gender. Would love to rent with other pleasant people. Hope to hear from you soon. :)

25 y/o student at Curtin, who also works part-time for the unviersity during the semester and full-time during the break. I'm just a well-rounded and easy-going guy! Looking to commit for a maximum of 3-4ish months, and then re-consider as I'm not sure where I will be at over the summer break - vacation etc. If you have something within easy reach to Curtin, as I don't drive - let me know. Matt
I'm Sri Lankan, born and brought up in Dubai. Moved here in February for my Undergrad at Curtin University. And currently, working part-time. I'm outgoing and fun. I've an adaptable personality and can get along with just anyone and everyone! I'm not a smoker or a drinker but I'm okay if my flatmates do. I like getting to know people from other cultures and nationalities!
Hey hey, I'm a 26 year old respectful and easy going Australian, good sense of humour and am a clean and tidy housemate. I am studying 3 days a week and have permanent 3 days work a week so paying rent on time is no drama. Ideally looking to move into a house with housemates being similar age 21ish-35ish, Not really phased if its an en-suited room or shared bathroom, just want to live in a place where everyone gets along and house has a good vibe, ideally near the train line so its easy to commute.. I have a car so if theres off street parking its a bonus, as long as its not a hassle finding parking out the front :) Looking to move this month, let me know if you have something similar to what i'm looking for and we can suss a plan to meet and have a look at the room Cheers, Stuart
I'm a pretty organised person, I like to keep my living environments clean and clear of clutter. I'm a funny guy, and am always making people smile even on my bad days. I'm a creative person, I play guitar and have recorded with a metal band and am now in a band with my girlfriend. (we have recently recorded our first ep) I play acoustic guitar now, so nothing loud. I work as a disability support carer for people with acquired brain injuries so my roster varies week to week. I'm not a party animal, if I want to drink with friends I go out and do it, unless you're up for a wine, scotch or few beers. Because of my work hours, I am a morning and night person and don't need a coffee to get me going. I'm an honest guy, like to talk and also offer an ear if needed. Netflix and chill with a glass of red usually goes well also. I'm currently looking for a place in between Ferndale and Yanchep.
I am a 20 year old social work student. I am clean and tidy and am not big on partying. I have a great group of friends who enjoy board game/dinner nights at home. I am really easy going and social but definitely love my own space as well. Originally from down south so occasionally go home to visit my family. I have been living on campus at Uni for this first year but am looking to move into a house. Looking to move at the start of next year-Thanks! (Ps my name is pronounced like Elisha)
