I’m an accountant and have been living in Sydney for the past 3 years.
I work full-time in Brookvale (Monday to Friday, office hours), and I’m quiet, tidy, respectful, and independent. I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets, and I truly value a peaceful and private living space. In my free time, I enjoy surfing, running, and being outdoors.

My budget is up to $550/week, and I’m ready to move in as soon as I find the right place.
