I’m a single lady. I work in Construction on a 14:7 roster in regional NSW which means I am only home for one week in a month.

I like to spend that week silently relaxing, reading and might occasionally go out for a coffee or to the gym.

I am really quiet and tidy and I respect people’s personal space and boundaries as I expect the same.

I pay my rent and bills way before the due date and have great recommendations from previous renters landlords and agents. I’m looking for a room in a shared accommodation preferably a 2-3 bedroom.

I’m looking to move in within the next month.
