Hello!

I'm seeking a long term home just about anywhere in Perth preferably unfurnished as I need space preferably no more than $240 depending whats included per week including all bills.

I'm a tech savvy 28yr male who is into into DIY, tinkering, 3D printing and virtual reality.

I keep to myself but still would like to get to know my room mates, rarely if not at all use common areas of the house other than the kitchen. I prefer to keep to myself, non judgmental, clean, open minded and respectful person.

Never been behind on rent or bills so you won't have anything to worry about when it comes to paying bills/rent.

Looking to move as soon as possible
