Hi, I’m Nathan, currently looking for a room ideally either close to the CBD, around Morphett Vale, or near Mt Barker.

I work independently in online media/commentary and spend a fair amount of time working from home, so I’m ideally looking for a reasonably calm and respectful household environment. I’m quiet, considerate with shared spaces, and generally keep to myself while still being friendly and easy to get along with.

I’m clean, reliable with rent and bills, and not into heavy partying or creating drama in the house. Don't really drink anymore, non-smoker.

I’d suit a household that values:

good communication
respect for noise/privacy
a reasonably relaxed environment
cleanliness in common areas
