Hi, I’m Charlene!

I’m 25 years old and originally from Taiwan. I’ve been living in Sydney for the past 3 years and have built a strong rental history with great relationships with past housemates.

I’d describe myself as friendly, easy-going, and social, but I also respect personal space. I love connecting with people and enjoy good conversations, but I’m equally happy to recharge on my own.

I recently graduated from UNSW and now work as a Data Analyst. Outside of work, I stay active with Pilates, hiking, and the occasional trip. I also love cooking—especially Italian food—and I make a pretty great homemade Italian cocktail. I enjoy a glass of red wine and occasionally hosting a cozy dinner or get-together with friends.

At home, I like to keep shared spaces tidy. I always do my dishes, clean up after myself, and I’m open to setting a cleaning routine to keep things organized. You can count on me to do my part with housework.

I’d like my own bedroom and am open to living with 1–3 housemates. I’m flexible about room size and pricing. One important note: I’m not a smoker and would prefer a smoke-free home.
