I'm moved to Sydney from the US 3 years ago for a job opportunity at a marketing research agency. I've been living in Bondi Beach, two blocks from the beach for the past year. I'm into sports, I've been learning to surf, joined a run club, playing recreation sports during the week, etc. I've also played ice hockey my whole life and played in Sydney until the start of this year. I like to keep busy and try to regularly go to concerts, sports games, comedy shows, etc. when something good comes up. I also enjoy going out for drinks with friends but try to save that for the weekends.

My ideal situation would be a place with 1-2 other roommates who had similar interests. It would be great to join a house where people also enjoyed sports, music, drinks, etc. That said, I'm very easy going and flexible, I've lived with both males and females, people who didn't interact except in passing and people that wanted to be good friends and have gotten along well with all of them.
