I've been told I'm not and therefore I hate sharing and ideally looking for a granny flat or minimum master bedroom. I work late some nights so your dogs will bark when I come home. I expect to be able to have friends over whenever I like who are just like me respectable, quiet, well behaved people not looking to cause any trouble. If practical I'll be doing some artwork whether that be orginal or I'm coming up blank for ideas and got a paint by numbers. I'll also have a TV in my room and keeping to myself playing video games. Not causing any trouble.

You can expect rent paid on time everytime, a clean home, a happy, sometimes chirpy housemate, happy to cook up a meal if you offer the same next week - I'm not a big eater. If you need help with something whatever it is something physical or just an opinion I can't see why I wouldn't be able to help. Don't mind a cup of tea and conversation either and have a short term friend...
