Hi, I'm Vinayak. I'm a civil engineer working professionally in the construction industry in Wollongong. I graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2024 and have been working professionally since late 2024.

I'm looking for a comfortable place to call home from 1st September 2026 and would prefer a month-to-month ongoing rental arrangement.

I'm a friendly, respectful and easy-going person who values a clean and peaceful living environment. I generally keep to myself, take care of the place I live in, and respect everyone's privacy and routines. I enjoy having a good chat with housemates but also appreciate a relaxed home where everyone feels comfortable.

I work full-time, have my own car, and am looking for a place with considerate and tidy people. I'm reliable with rent and hope to find a home where everyone can enjoy a positive and respectful living environment.
