Hi,

My names Dan Fuller, I'm English, 31 years old and live in Manly Vale. I'm currently preparing to be working in the city on Monday 30th September and am looking to move somewhere closer to it before then.

I'm very independent, take care of myself and am generally out of the house 6AM - 7PM M-Fri. Same goes for Saturday. Sundays I'll probably be at home doing laundry / life admin.

Outside of work most of my time is devoted to strength and conditioning and bettering myself in terms of fitness and education. Every now and then I'll do a tennis training session as well.

It would be cool to join a house / flat with other motivated individuals that are also into sports or at least have goals of their own that they are trying to achieve, it's not a deal breaker though as I'm generally looking for a share place to save on rent so that I can save to buy a small flat as opposed to a place to make friends.

When in a share house I usually like to time it well so that if the kitchen is free I'll use it to prep food and if someone else is in it I'll just wait for it to be free, same with all the other shared facilities.
