Hi there. I'm looking for a place to rent/sharehouse for a 9-12 month stay in Preston or Coburg.

I'm a 24 year old female working part time as a teacher aide and doing some tutoring on the side. I also work in retail on a casual basis. Next year I will be finishing my placement for my psychology degree (roughly 2 days a week) and will be working at my other jobs (2-3 days a week).

I have been living in shared accommodation (student accommodation) for the past 3 years, and have built good relationships with my previous sharemates. I feel that I am getting too old to stay in student accommodation and am now keen to make the move out of there haha. I keep my shared spaces clean and tidy and also respect other's personal space.

I'm generally a quiet person but am always up for a chat and love to hear about other people's days! I work with children a lot so you'll also probably hear me talk about them at some point. During my spare time, I love to go out for brunch, shopping, pilates, and love a good nature walk. I do enjoy my own down time quiet a bit, so please don't take it personally if I'm not always hanging out with you!
