I am a tidy person who just wants a room near the beach. I have a stable income and very reliable for payment. I own multiple business- a female only gym and an Pilates studio in cairns.

I spend a lot of time working from cafes or out and about. At the gym, by the beach mostly and not someone who parties at home. I like to keep my home a private place.

Open communication is key when living with others and I am happy I have that.

Clean space is important.

I am looking to relocate to Sydney as I have just had to leave dubai but I don’t know if it will be my forever- I want to give it a chance without the pressure of a six month contract. I am reliable and happy to pay a month to month basis to start.
