Hi!

My name is Vince.
I'm from Canada, here on a working holiday visa in Melbourne. I’ve been here for about 6/7 months and I intend to return to Canada by the end of June. So I need a place I can stay short term to end of July.

I would consider myself a polite, compassionate, and helpful person. I tend to be on the quiet side when it comes to socialization but open up once I get to know people better.
I do value respecting the rules of the landlord, punctuality, and communication as well.

I like playing & watching sports, gaming, watching Youtube & movies, working out, and hanging out with friends.
Currently, I play badminton every weekend!

I don't drink often, I don't do drugs. I try to live a healthy-ish lifestyle. I am also respectful of my room and will do my best to keep it neat and tidy.

I value communication between both parties, so I am usually very quick to reply to messages, especially between landlords and tenants.

On the monetary side, I have a good amount of savings to pay rent for a whole year, so rent pay will always be on time. As well I have a steady source of income.
