Todd

Hi.

My name is Todd, 37 years of Age.
Looking for a place to live for myself.
I have two kids, Daughter is 10 and in grade 4 and son is 5 and in Prep. Both are with me every second weekend.
I work full time at The Boat Works in Coomera Marina, and play sports (Rugby League, Oz Tag etc).
I am looking for somewhere to stay for up to 6 months, possibly less if I find something quick, as I want a home for myself and the kids.

I’m a pretty easy guy to get along with. Always down for a conversation and a bit of banter. I enjoy cooking, cleaning and many other things to keep the house well maintained. Very respectful and quiet.

Have references if needed and rent is always paid on time.
