Sandy

I'm Sandy, a 33 year-old German/Scottish hybrid just moved back to beautiful Australia.

I'm a professional beach lifeguard, and this year I'm lucky enough to be working as a council lifeguard for a few months. The ocean is pretty much my life, I volunteer with the surf lifesaving club on Bondi in Sydney and when I'm not working you'll find me in the sea (and a lot of the time when I am working I'm in there too!)

As a housemate I'm tidy and clean, and fairly quiet. Noise is part and parcel of life and I'm very chilled about flight paths, kids etc - but I'm definitely not looking for a 'party house' or anything in that vein. I clean up after myself, muck in with shared chores and am always happy to pop out on my pushbike to the supermarket if anything needs buying last minute. Other than the bike, I've moved here with two bags to my name, so won't need much space either!

In my free time I love to hike, climb, swim and generally get out and about in the great outdoors. When I'm recovering, I like to curl up on the sofa with a book and cup of tea and let the world go by.
