I am 26 and originally from Norfolk in the UK and have just moved to Coolangatta. My previous career was an Assistant Headteacher at a Secondary school (I am looking for similar work).

I’m a pretty easy person to live with. I’m up early most days (perk of being an assistant head teacher), so you’ll never have to worry about late-night noise or anyone hogging the bathroom in the mornings. I like to keep things clean and tidy. I have 7+ years rental experience from the UK where I have rented whole properties by myself and are happy to provide references.

I’m outgoing and social, so I’m up for a chat, a coffee, wine or making plans, whether it’s a beach day or just something spontaneous outdoors. I like a good mix of doing my own thing and hanging out, and I’m really respectful of shared spaces.

All in all, I’m pretty chill, fun to be around, and I genuinely enjoy making a home feel like a happy, easygoing place to be.

I am looking for a place to live within a 10 minute drive to Coolangatta/Tweed, preferably within walking distance with a 6 month minimum lease
