Stephanie and Keagan

My name is Stephanie and along with my partner Keagan , we would like to formally apply for this rental property.

We previously were living in separate rentals however are living together until we find a place of our own. I live in a shared house at 5 Dorchester Drive, Narre Warren South and pay $200 a week and additional bills, My partner is also living at Dorchester Drive and paying $200 a week and any additional bills.

We both work full-time and earn a combined $1600 weekly, so we feel we are more than able to cover the weekly rent and bond. We have both been employed for a reasonable time and consider our employment status as secure.

We are particularly interested in this property because it’s close to our places of employment and also our families.
We are quiet and respectful of others’ privacy and have always had good relationships with our previous landlords and they’re happy to speak to that.

Although we enjoy socialising, we like our home to be a peaceful place and we’d love something small that is easy to maintain.
