I’m a working professional moving to Pakenham for a new role and looking for a place for around 3 months while I get settled.
I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I keep shared spaces tidy, clean up after myself, and I’m considerate with noise and others’ routines. I’m pretty low-key during the week (work-focused), and I enjoy a relaxed home environment.
I’m friendly and happy to chat or hang out occasionally, but I also respect personal space and independence, whatever suits the household dynamic.
I’m reliable with rent and bills, and you won’t have to chase me up on anything.
I also have a small Pomeranian who is well-behaved, quiet, and house-trained. If there’s an option to have her with me, that would be ideal, and I’m happy to adjust my budget accordingly.
