Hi
I’m Prue, a quiet, mature, full-time working professional looking for a pet-friendly space to call home (granny flat, unit, small house or dual-living setup). Have been sharing for many years and open to sharing again with one other if it’s the right fit.
Respectfully; if you are one of those people that is renting out rooms to multiple people in one house then I am not interested. I am looking for a peaceful home.
After moving by choice after 8 years in my rental; (sadly the rent increase was a lot on a single income), the person I now share with has decided to sell.
I come with Russ, my much-loved senior Jack Russell who spends most of his day sleeping and relaxing indoors and outdoors. He’s well behaved, affectionate with excellent house manners and absolutely no boundaries when it comes to snuggles… He firmly believes couches (and beds 😄) are for sharing. When I say everyone falls for his charm, I am not over exaggerating.
My previous home was down south on the beach which Russ is missing and currently loving country hills life so open to locations, ideally within a 45-minute commute to Keswick.
I do have a lot of stuff, so will need somewhere with storage space for camping gear & extensive Christmas decorations, among other things.
I also like to craft, sew, paint and I work from home at least one day a week so looking for a home that has the space to set up an office/craft area whether that be in my bedroom if it is large enough or somewhere else in the house.
Long-term minded, respectful and happy to provide references.
