Hi
I’m Prue, a quiet, mature, full-time working professional looking to downsize preferably into a small, pet-friendly place (granny flat, unit, small house or dual-living setup). Have been sharing for many years and open to sharing again if it’s the right fit.
I’m moving by choice after 8 years in my current rental; sadly the rent increase is a lot on a single income, so I’m hoping to find something smaller and more manageable.
I come with Russ, my much-loved senior Jack Russell who spends most of his day sleeping and relaxing indoors and outdoors. He’s well behaved, affectionate with excellent house manners and absolutely no boundaries when it comes to snuggles… He firmly believes couches (and beds 😄) are for sharing.
Have resided south to date and love the hills but I’m open to locations, ideally within a 45-minute commute to Keswick. Looking for something from the first week of March.
I am happy to get rid of majority of my furniture/stuff but do have some camping gear, etc that would need some shed space and will also need some space to be able to paint, craft, sew and sometimes work from home whether that be in my bedroom if it is large enough or somewhere else in the house.
Long-term minded, respectful and happy to provide references.
