Hi! I’m looking for a room in a share house anywhere between Perth’s southern suburbs and the CBD, ideally with a private bathroom or one shared with just one other person.

I’ll be starting part-time work in January 2027 and would love to live with like-minded people around a similar age. I’m friendly, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, but also value my own space and enjoy a quiet, independent lifestyle. I’m always happy to have a casual chat and socialise now and then, while giving everyone their own space too.

Ideally, I’m looking for a comfortable, relaxed home with considerate housemates and a good balance of independence and occasional socialising. 😊
