Good afternoon! We are chinese sisters from Queensland; one is a maintenance engineer, and the other is a university student.

We need a room with a private bathroom.

We drive, so we need street parking.

We cook, so we'd like a refrigerator.

Air conditioning would be ideal, as we have no idea how cold Melbourne winters can be.

We are just ordinary working professionals and students hoping to save money quickly to finish our studies.
