Clean and tidy. Friendly but love my own space.

I am looking for a safe and healthy home.
I love nature and outdoors, I love going to the beach, bushwalking or catching up with family and friends.
I love hiking, golf, beach, I like socializing but prefer one on one company.
I do like cooking couple of times a week and have it prepared for the week ahead.
I am not a vegetarian, so if anyone has issues with me cooking meat in the kitchen, we probably aren't suitable for sharing.
No drinking, drugs or parties. Social gatherings with friends and family occasionally it's fine but certainly not big parties.
Previous rental references as well as work reference available. I work full time.

I enjoy having movie nights or game nights if you like it too, that would be a bonus. :)

Having a water view from my bedroom would be absolutely lovely :) Miracles can happen

Ideally would love a granny flat with separate entrance.
