I am looking for a longer-term living situation, that's calm, clean and respectful. I value a tidy and organised with separate living areas or granny flat with separate entrance from main residence.

A bit about me: I am responsible, considerate and enjoy a peaceful environment where personal space and boundaries are naturally respected. I like to keep my living space clean and clutter-free, and I appreciate the same from those who I share with.

I prefer a pet free environment unless it's a well-trained dog.

If it's a share situation, I am hoping to find a flatmate who is kind, respectful, and mindful of creating a comfortable, harmonious space for both of us.

Ideal home is close to the beach and easy access to motorway. Bli Bli, Marcoola, Twin Waters, Maroochydore, Tanahwa, Glenview, close access to Bruce Highway areas is preferred.
For the right place the budget can be higher.
