LOOKING TO TEAM UP FOR A RENTAL

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a female or a couple who would like to team up and apply for a 3-bedroom house together in Noble Park or suburbs very close to Noble Park.

Please note: Living in Noble Park or nearby suburbs is non-negotiable due to personal reasons. I also don't drive, so being close to Noble Park and public transport is very important.

A little about me:

- I work full-time.
- I'm easygoing, respectful, and considerate.
- I treat the house as a home, always clean up after myself, and value a quiet, peaceful, and clean living environment.
- After a long day at work, I enjoy coming home to a calm and relaxing house.
- I value my privacy and will always respect yours, but I'm also happy to have a chat or spend time together occasionally if we're both free.

What I'm looking for:

- A female or a couple who is genuinely interested in renting together.
- Someone who is quiet, respectful, tidy, and shares similar values.
- Non-smokers only (no smoking inside the house).
- No pets.

Budget: My share of the rent is up to $300 per week.
