Due to the large number of messages, I will try to be more detailed about the type of house I am looking for.

Basic details I look for when renting a house: It has to have at least a safe place where I can park my motorcycle that anywhere from the footpath inwards is okay.
(My car I don’t mind about stay at street)
if I cannot cook at house or bring a friend just to watch a movie or play console on weekends at my room , politely
( nothing louder ) I don’t want , because I just work work work and some weekends I’m just very tired on a chill mood and I like to enjoy inside
I’m a really quiet person , easy to deal with , good vibes , good to have a conversation , I like socialise but I also like my own space
I am organized , clean , respectful and good energy.
I like going to the beach , working out, I try be healthy
But you know hahaha

About animals ? I love doesn’t matter if you have a cat/dog/bird or a horse I will spend time with them and look after too
About lgbtxxxplus2.0power I really don’t mind since you respect me and be polite with me I will respect you and be polite always , I doesn’t have prejudices.
Cigarette inside the house ? Well I wouldn’t do but if you do I don’t mind too
Little party’s house or barbecue with few people ? I’m really chill with that on my opinion is healthy for the house and the coexistence.
