Hiii :)) I'm (20F) looking for a space 12+months with possible renewal. I'm looking for placement & about to start my uni studies, so somewhere walking distance to public transportis essential. I'll need to move between magill campus and the cbd but I can be flexible :) I've always been on top of paying rent and I have a stable income. Absolute maximum budget $270 p/w bills included. I have my own bed (queen) so I'd like to bring that with me ✨

I want a women only household (guests are fine don't worry). ALWAYS love to have a yarn or art session and love baking so you'll get free banana bread 💕🍞 I clean as I go to avoid things building up and mainly cook in bulk, so I don't spend much time in the kitchen. Happy to split communal items like toilet paper, dish soap, etc. Not a party person, but I'd like to have a guest or 2 over sometimes to study or catch up (with notice ofc!)

I'm fairly laid-back and love good convos or comfy silence all the same. I like exploring different art mediums and crafting/sewing, so I'm happy to share my supplies if you enjoy that too :) Other than that, I'm really into community service, behavioural science, and true crime~
