Hi, I am looking for a room to rent with a garage space (required for insurance). My budget is $325 per week negotiable. I am definitely open to a team up as well with another male person on a six month or longer lease. I am currently working full time for government and studying part time. I am well groomed and easy going, respectful, clean and reliable. I generally keep to myself and work long hours and am seeking a 6-12 month lease with potential renewal. I don't need to move straight away but the app does not allow me to change the date so the date is very negotiable.
