Hi I am a quiet, friendly , non drinking, non smoking 43 year old female looking for either a granny flat private room or anything similar .
I always pay rent/bills on time or early..I'm respectful clean, and like to do my own thing but always friendly and will have a chat.
I have a well trained little service dog that can go with me 24/7 she doesn't malt and is very quiet.
I also own two elderly shy quiet kitties who just sleep and eat.
I am currently living in Redcliffe. I can provide references and rental receipts to show I am a great tenant that always pays rent on time also.
