Three La Trobe University students looking for a fourth roommate!
LGBTQIA+ and neuro-divergent friendly group!

- LOCATION/PRICE -
As we’re all LaTrobe students, we’re looking for somewhere near the university. This could be Reservoir, Bundoora or Mill Park.
We are looking for a place under $700 per week, which would be no more than $175 per person. Bills will be added on top of this, expect about $20 per week each.

- THE PEOPLE -
Jeremiah, 20 (he/him) - I'm studying maths and physics while working as an education support at a high school. I love board games/video games and would love to have some group game nights! Really into ice hockey and casual netball too! 🏒🎮
Jess, 19 (she/her) - I’m Studying a Bachelor of Psychology and work during the day. I enjoy video games, social board games, and trying to make art. I really like basketball and would love to join a team again! 🐳🚂✈️🎨
Callum, 20, (He/Him) - I’m a very easy going guy studying Law and Physics and am working in retail/sales support. I love to get into some cheeky mixed netball or casual basketball leagues to keep me busy and I am also quite partial to some video games and especially pub crawls. Love getting to know people and going on adventures and keen to find a nice place.

All three of us are Uni students, there will be days we’re at home, at Uni, having friends over, at work, so we function very independently of one another. We value effective communication, respect, and compassion.

- PARTNERS/GUESTS/PARTIES -
We’re a pretty sociable bunch, so guests would be fine within reason, just give some notice first.
NOTICE: In terms of notice, if you’d like to have groups of people over a two or three day notice buffer would be appreciated. We’ll do the same for you.
PARTNERS: The three of us have our own relationships, so we welcome partners into the house for sleepovers, we only ask that they’re respectful of our collective space. While we love people we also love some privacy and quiet time too.
FRIENDS: For the three of us - we like our board games and social nights, so there will be friends over and maybe a drink or two on those nights. It would be ideal if you were a person comfortable with people and enjoy making new friends! Your friends are welcome too, so long as they’re respectful.
PARTIES: We would like to host house parties. It won’t be an every other day ordeal, perhaps once a month give or take, but generally, we do love a good party. Because of this, it would be good if you’re comfortable with occasional alcohol and party activities. Don’t worry, we’ll make it fun.
If you’d like to host a party/get together with your mates, we are all for this! The notice request applies here too.

- ABOUT YOU -
We would like someone in their early 20’s with similar values to ours.
Respect for shared spaces, your fellow housemates, and their privacy is greatly appreciated.
Good hygiene and cleaning up after yourself.
Ideally not a heavy smoker
