Hey folks, we're a local couple (German background) in our 30s and looking for a potential new home.
We're looking for a long-term rental for a granny flat, small house, farm cottage, off grid or similar in a quiet and peaceful area.
We're easy going, respectful, reliable, honest, clean, life loving, great communication and have always best intentions.
We have a lovely and well behaved and clean 5-year-old Kelpie/Collie boy.
We would love to have a yard or garden, also for veggies and maybe chooks - the more nature and less traffic- the better!
My husband can assist in property and garden / farm work/maintenance.
We have great references.

We're flexible to move house from now on, but not in a rush.
