I’m currently looking for a long term rental.

I'm 33, originally from Ireland but grew up in the UK.

I’m currently on a Working Holiday Visa, though I’m in the process of being sponsored for permanent residency. I’ve been living in Perth for about 12 months now and plan to settle here long-term. I work full-time as the manager of an adventure tourism company in Burswood.

I am looking for a long term rental of approx. 12 months, in and around 15/20mins of the city and the beach ideally.
I’m also looking for somewhere I can park my car, and securely store my mountain bike.

I owned my own home back in the UK and have lived in shared places for over 10 years, so I’m very clean, tidy, and respectful of others’ space and belongings.

My partying days are behind me. These days I’m more into mountain biking, going to the gym, running, exploring new places, eating out, and following Formula One.

I’m open to different options, so feel free to get in touch if you think I’d be a good fit.
