I’m currently looking for a long term rental.

I'm 33, originally from Ireland but grew up in the UK.

I’m currently in the process of being sponsored for permanent residency. I’ve been living in Perth for about 18 months now and plan to settle here long-term. I work full-time as the manager of an adventure tourism company in Burswood.

I am looking for a long term rental of approx. 12 months, in and around 15/20mins of the city and the beach ideally.

What I’m looking for in a room is a comfortable space to call home. Ideally sharing with no more than 2 other occupants. My own bathroom would be preferred but non essential.
I’m also looking for somewhere that has parking facilities and a secure place to store my mountain bike.

I owned my own home back in the UK and have lived in shared places for over 10 years, so I’m very clean, tidy, and respectful of others’ space and belongings.

My partying days are behind me. These days I’m more into mountain biking, going to the gym, running, exploring new places, eating out, and following Formula One.

I’m open to different options, so feel free to get in touch if you think I’d be a good fit.
