Hi I'm Tom, 34 and from Leeds in the UK.

I've been in Aus for nearly 8 years and Brisbane for the last 2. I want to move up to the Sunny coast to be near the beach and nature more.

I'm a good person to live with, I'm friendly, funny, easy going and very respectful of the property and other housemates. I have lived in plenty of shared houses in my time so I am house trained pretty well. I like to keep it clean and tidy but not OCD

I work in construction as an operator, so I am up early in the mornings and usually work a lot of hours through the week.
In my spare time I like to be out and about exploring and in nature like beaches, hikes, camping etc
I’m really into music (with headphones), cars, mountain biking etc also love plants and gardening.

I'm not a big drinker and you wouldn't have to worry about noise or anything like that but I also wouldn’t turn down a party invite. I'm social and good to chill with but also enjoy my own company. It would nice to have housemates I can get a long with and do house activities together but it doesn’t have to be.

I have 2 cars and I need to find a house somewhere with a garage I could store my nice one in.

I’m also open to teaming up and finding a property together, I’m not in that much of a rush!
