Samir

Hello, I am Samir from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I am in need of a place by/before 10th July, 2023. As an incoming freshman at RMIT, I would be majoring in Finance. My hobbies include Designing, Photography, and watching anime. Though I don't like to talk about it or show it to the public, I am an insanely optimistic procrastinator :D
Anyways, what I am looking for is a room near RMIT University, as I do not plan to spend a lot of money on transport and would prefer a walking distance for convenience. My ideal room would be a furnished room with a moderately sized desk, and air conditioning and heating installed. As I am a 5'4" guy, I do not really care about the bed size, anything works. I do not have pets, neither do I smoke. So I am pretty much a quite guy who would mostly be busy with studies or part-time works throughout the day, so I would consider myself an ideal tenant/flatmate :D
