I am coming back to Perth for a 4 month contract with the fringe festival. I’ll be working full time and need a nice place to live from 04th December to 02nd April (flights to and from already booked).

Ideally northbridge/subiaco/leederville/claremont so that I can cycle to work, the beach, the gym and cottesloe rugby.

I am very clean and tidy, sociable but also respectful of people’s own space. Would go up to $400 a week including bills for the right place I.e if in the city and had access to a pool!
